„Gefäße (Paar drei)“ (Vessels (Pair Three)) is a ceramic work from 2019, a unique piece. Here Linus Schuierer treats the vessel – one of the oldest forms of all – as a paired, mutually related sculpture. Between function and autonomous form, volume, contour and surface enter a quiet interplay, while the handmade quality of the material remains visible. A familiar object thus becomes a concentrated sculptural study of relationship and balance.
